Abstract
This Regulation sets forth the procedures and principles of preventing bollworm harm on cotton. Technological cleansing is obligatory in gin plants and operations. Details are given in the regulation. Seed cotton has to be ginned by March 31st of each year. Ginning is strictly forbidden after this date. Cottonseed owners are obliged to carry out certain actions which are defined in the regulation. Cotton fields will be cleaned properly after harvesting. Cleaning procedure is provided.
