Abstract
This Regulation sets forth the operating principles and procedures of facilities producing plant protection products. It aims to ensure the production of plant protection products according are in accordance with the standards. The Regulation covers provisions concerning the production permits, powers and responsibilities and inspection of the facilities; and determines minimum and technical conditions to be comlied with.
