Abstract
This Regulation determines the principles and procedures to be implemented by the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works when signing a water right agreement with corporate bodies operating in hydroelectric energy production. The Regulation also covers the mandatory provisions to be included in such agreements and the principles and procedures of application process, preparing and delivering feasibility reports, evaluation of the reports, and signing water right agreements.
