Abstract
This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles of contract farming between enterprises, producers and agricultural producers unions. This Regulation aims at ensuring sustainability and production in compliance with standards as well as organized production. This Regulation sets forth provisions on principles, obligations and procedures of contract.
