Regulation on the procedures and principles of the establishment of agricultural producers union.

This Regulation sets out the procedures and principles on the establishment of agricultural producers unions on a voluntary basis at minimum district level and based on products or product groups. It also provides for the determination of the union's total production amount on a product basis and harmonization of existing agricultural organizations. Second Chapter specifies the products or product groups taking into account the geographical and ecological conditions of agricultural areas and the needs in the agricultural sector, in the fields of plant production, animal production, aquaculture and organic production. Furthermore, this Regulation lays down provisions on the determination of the Union's minimum production capacity, and the membership of the unions and cooperative unions established by various laws to the agricultural producers unions if they meet the criteria specified in this Regulation, regardless of the product or product group they operate in.
