Regulation on the procedures and principles of the utilization of Biocidal Products.

This Regulation lays out rules for the terms and conditions for obtaining the permit, working conditions and principles, inspection and the requirements of the working personnel of the real and legal persons and their workplaces and public institutions and organizations that are intended to use biocidal products to combat pests in the field of public health. This Regulation shall not apply to individual applications with biocidal products for the general public that are approved by the Ministry. To this end, this Regulation sets forth provisions on the application procedures to obtain permit; application evaluation; standards for the personnel and infrastructure; the obligation to use biocidal products licensed by the Ministry; the registration and reporting of the certificates of the personnel; invalidity and termination of the permit; inspection procedures; training of the personnel; and offences and penalties.
