Abstract
This Regulation sets forth provisions on facilitating land acquisition for agriculture, regulation of agricultural land market, elimination of disputes arising from ownership, valuation of agricultural land, land transformation in agriculture, evaluation of the sale requests of landowners and purchasing requests of buyers, and increasing the agricultural land size of enterprises.
