Regulation on protection, importation, exportation and supply of organic, organ mineral and micro-biological fertilizers and soil conditioners.

This Regulation aims to increase efficiency in plant production, improve physical, chemical and biological structure of soil, protect human health and prevent from environmental pollution. The Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures concerning production, importation, exportation and supply of organic, organo-mineral, special, microbiological fertilizers, as well as fertilizers with enzyme content, and soil conditioners. The Regulation consists 20 articles and 6 Chapters: Purpose; Basis and Definitions (I); General Provisions (II); Production and Import permits (III); Supply to the Market (IV); Rules of Inspection (V); Final Provisions (VI).
