Regulation on the qualifications of tourism facilities.

This Regulation lays down procedures and principles of the development of new types of tourism facilities and existing tourism facilities, determination of minimum qualifications of tourism facilities, uniformity of standards among these facilities, and maintenance of quality and sustainability. This Regulation, within the scope of sustainable tourism, encourages tourism facilities to protect the environment, encourage positive contributions to the environment, and increase environmental awareness.
