Regulation on registration system of closed plant cultivation.

This Regulation sets out the procedures and principles regarding the use, updating, monitoring, development and reporting of the registration system of closed plant cultivation. The purpose of this Regulation is to register closed plant cultivation areas where environmental conditions, such as light, heat, humidity, air flow, carbon dioxide and plant nutrients needed by the plant, can be partially or fully controlled towards the establishment of planned production policies and producers engaged in agricultural activities in these areas.
This Regulation lays down provisions on the units of the Ministry which are responsible for using, updating, monitoring, developing and reporting of the registration system of closed plant cultivation; application procedures and information and documents to be requested from producers for the registration to the system; and the duties and responsibilities of the system managers, Geographic Information Systems officials, and the provincial/district detection, discovery and arbitration commissions. The data in the registration system database may be integrated into other information systems to be established by the Ministry.
