Abstract
This Regulation aims at specifying sanitary and hygiene requirements and technical conditions of the control posts during inland transport of bovine, ovine, caprine, porcine and equidae, within the scope of the Regulation on the welfare and protection of animals during transportation. This Regulation sets out procedures and principles of the establishment of and inspection on control posts, as well as provisions on processes while entering and exiting the control posts and duties, authorities and responsibilities of general or provincial directorates and manager of control posts.
