Abstract
This Regulation certifies the technical specifications and competencies of ships and sea vessels in order to ensure safety of navigation, life, property and marine environment. This Regulation does not cover ships and vessels of war. This Decree sets out provisions on approval of the Port Authority for construction, alterations, maintenance and repair of ships and sea vessels, responsibilities of facility owners, ship owners or their representatives and authorized body, certification and sanctions.
