Abstract
This Regulation aims at setting forth the procedures and principles regarding the vending of forest products obtained from public forests. The Regulation provides for price determination and rules of vending including auction, placing and exceptional sales of forest products. The Regulation covers planted trees, shrubs, timber products, breeding materials and non-timber forest products.
