Abstract
This Regulation lays down the rights, responsibilities and obligations of the transporters involved in these activities in order to ensure food safety by improving the technical conditions regarding the transport of perishable foods, and the procedures and principles regarding the testing, compliance, inspection and certification of special equipment to be used in this transportation activity. Regarding the transportation of perishable foods that are not covered by the Agreement on the international carriage of perishable foodstuff and on the special equipment to be used for such carriage, regulations can be made by the Ministry by providing the necessary coordination with the relevant institutions.
