Abstract
This Regulation sets out the procedures and principles regarding the compliance of the facilities within the scope of activities related to the petroleum market and the petroleum and mineral oil offered to the market with the technical regulations and the national and European standards. It provides for the monitoring of fuel quality in the petroleum market and specifies the procedures for sampling different types of fuel, determining sampling locations, and reporting results. This Regulation underlines that biodiesel production shall only be carried out by the companies holding refinery license, and obliges the licensees not to harm the environment while carrying out their activities and to comply with the relevant legislation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette and become effective from 20 December 2004.
