Regulation on technical eradication of forest pests.

This Regulation aims at fighting pests by using biological, biotechnological, mechanical and chemical methods in forests, public forests, private forests, roadside planting areas, naturally or artificially cultivated forest vegetation areas, parks, gardens, nurseries and in the place that forestry products are produced and stored. This Regulation sets out provisions on fighting methods, monitoring and assessment of pests, principles and procedures of technical eradication of pests, pest control products, conservation of protected areas and vocational training of forestry officers.
