Abstract
The purpose of this Regulation is to ensure that hazardous substances transportation activities to be carried out on public roads in a safe, secure and orderly manner without harming human health, other living things and the environment. This Regulation lays down provisions on the procedures and principles regarding the responsibilities and obligations of those who take part in transportation activities as recipients, unloaders, packagers, loaders, fillers, shippers, tank container/portable tank operators and carriers, hazardous goods safety consultants and consultancy organizations, and the drivers of vehicles carrying hazardous goods.

This Regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.
