Abstract
This Regulation determines the rules and procedures for the utilization of trees in private lands by their owners as for Article. 116 of the Forest Law No. 6831 and of trees in areas which are not considered as forest areas as for the Article. 1 of the Forest Law No. 6831. The Regulation also sets out the implementation of the rules and provisions mentioned above.
