Abstract
The purposes of this Regulation are to regulate the legal status of volunteers fighting forest fires and to ensure that the work of volunteers extinguishing forest fires is carried out in a planned, effective and harmonious manner. This Regulation sets out the procedures and processes of the determination, authorization, training, duties, rights, responsibilities, clothing, tools and equipment, work and supervision of volunteers who will work under the regional/operational directorate authorized to fight forest fires within the field to which they will be assigned.
