Abstract
This Regulation sets forth rules and procedures for planning, designing, constructing and operating wastewater collection and discharge systems, with respect to public health, environmental protection, sustainability of the system, and safe drinking water. This Regulation establishes rules on sewerage systems regarding urban planning, technical infrastructure, planning, designing, project studies, sewer construction, and maintenance of sewers.
