Regulation on the withdrawal of human medicinal products and special medical food.

This Regulation lays down the rules, authorities, responsibilities and control principles to be followed in the investigation of products suspected to be falsified, found falsified or deemed hazardous for the health and safety of consumers, and also to withdraw them from the market in a short time and effectively when necessary. It covers the withdrawal activities of human medicinal products licensed or permitted by the Agency, active substances used in their production, and foods for special medical purposes, as well as the work and operations related to the production, marketing, and availability of the relevant products on the market.
