Abstract
This Regulation determines the procedures and principles regarding the planning, construction and supervision of buildings and structures in accordance with scientific, health and sustainable environmental conditions. It sets out criteria for the buildings to comply with the principles of sustainability and combating climate change. Furthermore, this Regulation lays down provisions on solar panels on roofs, water conservation and waste management.

Entry into force notes
The provisional clause 3 of this Regulation shall enter into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette, and the other articles shall enter into force on 1 October 2017.
Notes
The consolidated version of the present Regulation, as last amended in 2024, is attached.The provisions of this Regulation are enforced by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
