This Sectoral Policy is a national policy with a sectoral approach. The timeframe of this Sectoral Policy is 5 years between 2018 and 2022. The overall purposes of this Policy are to increase productivity in the poultry sector and dairy farming in an environmentally sustainable manner, ensure food safety and biosafety, prevent animal diseases, protect public health and the environment, and increase the export potential.
