Abstract
This Notification sets forth the methods and procedures of sampling for chemical analysis of partly or wholly dehydrated preserved milk for human consumption. The Notification consists of 7 articles and 2 annex clauses detailing different methods of sampling. Commission Directive 87/524/EEC laying down Community methods of sampling for chemical analysis for the monitoring of preserved milk products dated 1987.

The provisions of this Notification are governed by the Minister of Food Agriculture and Livestock. This Notification repeals the Turkish food codex notification on methods of sampling of condensed milk and milk powder dated 2002.
