Turkish Food Codex Notification No. 2015/30 on tea.

The aim of this Notification is to ensure producing black tea, green tea, aromatized black and green tea and decaffeinated black and green tea, with the right technique and sanitary procedures. The Notification sets forth the rules and procedures of preparation, processing, packaging, labelling, conservation, storage, transportation and sales. This Notification covers black tea, green tea, aromatized black and green tea and decaffeinated black and green tea. This Notification does not cover dried herbal and/or fruit tea, instant tea and tea extracts.
