Abstract
This Notification determines the standards for, hygienic and technically appropriate production, processing, conservation, transport, storage and marketing of cheese. This Notification covers all types of cheese used as semi-finished products and raw material for further processing into other products. This Notification also covers all types of cheese, which is intended for human consumption.
