Turkish Food Codex Regulation amending the Regulation on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.

This Regulation adds the Provisional Clause 3, as “The enterprises manufacturing and marketing the materials in the scope of the Turkish Food Codex Regulation on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food shall comply with the provisions of this Regulation within one year from the date of publication of this article”. Furthermore, this Regulation makes several changes in Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 in Annex-I which indicates the union list of authorized monomers, other starting substances, macromolecules obtained from microbial fermentation, additives and polymer production aids.
