Abstract
This Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures on labelling , nutrition labelling, presentation and advertising of foods for sale to the ultimate consumer and rules of nutrition and health claims made on foods. This Regulation is drafted in accordance with European Parliament and Council Regulation No. 608/2004/EC, No. 1924/2006/EC and European Parliament and Council Directives No. 2000/13/EEC, No. 2000/13/EEC, No. 2008/5/EC, No. 79/112/EEC, No. 1999/10/EC, No. 2002/67/EC, No. 90/496/EEC, No. 87/250/EEC.
