Abstract
The aim of this Regulation is to ensure that cracked wheat (bulgur) is produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. This Regulation sets forth the product features of cracked wheat, the rules and procedures of preparation, processing, packaging, labeling, nutrition and health claims, storage, transportation and sampling, as well as provisions on additives, contaminants, and pesticide residues.
