Certificate of Environmental Clearance (Designated Activities) (Amendment) Order, 2008 (L. N. No. 186).

This Order amends Activity 8 in the Schedule to the Certificate of Environmental Clearance (Designated Activities) Order of 2001 by including regulations for clearing, excavation, grading, or land filling activities. These activities are regulated if they involve more than two hectares of land within two years, more than half a hectare of forested area within two years, or any area with a gradient of 1:4 or more.
