Abstract
This Order designates, in its Schedule, activities requiring a certificate of environmental clearance issued under section 36 of the Environmental Management Act. The grant of a certificate signifies approval of the activity solely in terms of environmental impact. Listed activities include animal husbandry, game farming, forestry operations, cultivation of crops, and aquaculture and mariculture.
