Fisheries (Conservation of Marine Turtles) (Amendment) Regulations (L.N. No. 146 of 1997).

These Regulations amend the principal Regulations by replacing in the definition of "turtle excluder device" the words "the trawl body" with the words "the body of the trawl net". Regulation 4 is amended by inserting the words "net that is in operational use on a" after the word "every" in line one. Some changing in the wording of regulation 8 is made.
