Abstract
These Regulations lay down rules for the amount to be paid to all manufacturers in respect of exported sugar sold in any year from the Sugar Industry Price Stabilisation Fund; and payments to cane farmers and estates in respect of canes produced from the Fund based on the recommendation of the Minister.
