Abstract
These Regulations lay down rules for the duties of the Secretary to the Sugar Industry Rehabilitation Committee; registration of exporters; inspection of account, registers, and documents relating to the Fund; reimbursement from the Fund for any work of rehabilitation carried out by any registered exporter; powers of the Committee to enter and inspect factories in respect of claims.
