Fisheries (Foreign Fishing Vessel) Regulations 1982 (Cap. 45).

Regulations to make provision for the granting of licences to foreign fishing vessels and for the control of activities of foreign fishing vessels in the fishery limits.

Provisions concerning the control of foreign fishing include: Notification of intended arrival and departure (reg. 6), display of flags, call sign and permit number (regs. 7 and 8), log books (reg. 9), reporting (reg. 11), avoidance of set gear (reg. 13), placing of floating objects (reg. 14), transhipment (reg. 15), landing (reg. 16).
