Declaration of Internal Waters (L.N.4/89).

In exercise of the powers specified in the Marine Zones (Declaration) Act 1983 as amended by the Marine Zones (Declaration) Amendment Act 1988, the Minister hereby declares that the geographical coordinates, specifying the geodetic datums, listed by island in the Schedule attached to this Declaration are the points between which closing lines are to be drawn for the purpose of determining the outer limits of the internal waters of Tuvalu in the case of the mouths of or entrances to lagoons.
