Waste Management (Prohibition on the Importation of Single-Use Plastic) (Amendment) Regulation 2020.

This Regulation provides amendments on sections 2-5 of the Waste Management (Prohibition on the Importation of Single-Use Plastic) Regulation 2019. Section 2 provides a grace period for enforcement of this Regulation; Section 3 provides for additional terms to be subject of this Regulation; Section 4 revises the purpose of Regulation to prohibit the importation, use, sale or distribution of any or all single-use plastic that are listed in Section 5. Further provisions of the text address the enforcement officers and powers and penalty notices. The text contains 7 Articles and has 3 Schedules.
