Abstract
This Regulation is implementing the Waste Management Act 2017 and aims to prohibit the import, manufacturing, sale or distribution of single-use plastic which adversely effects the environment. The text contains 5 Articles and provides a list on the prohibited transactions on certain single-use plastic and nominates relevant fines.
