Fisheries (Authorised Officers' Identification) Regulations, 1983 (G.N. 81 of 1983).

These Regulations provide for the identification of Fisheries Officers appointed under section 3(2) of the Fisheries Act of 1970 by the Minister. These Officers shall, while performing their functions, carry an identity card the form of which is reprinted in the Schedule. The Director of Fisheries shall maintain a register of all Authorised Officers.
