Abstract
These Regulations consisting of 2 articles amend the original Regulations by revising application and renewal fees - included in the First Schedule - for Primary Mining Licences, including fees for transfers, suspensions, amalgamations, and annual rents, specifying new amounts in Tanzanian shillings.
