Abstract
These Regulations amend the Non-Governmental Organizations Regulations, 2004 by adding new regulations on the transfer of assets to another NGO in case of winding-up of the dissolving NGO. The Regulations also make amendments in the First and Second Schedule (fees, procedures and forms).
