Non-Governmental Organizations Regulations, 2004 (G.N. No. 152 of 2004).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Non-Governmental Organizations Act, 2002 in relation with the registration and supervision of non-governmental organisations. They prescribe forms for applications, returns and notifications. Application for registration shall be done with the public officer in the District or Region of the NGO. Appeal from a decision of such public officer may be had with the Director of Non-governmental Organisations. Appeal from a decision of the Director may be had with the Non-Governmental Organizations Coordination Board.
