Abstract
The 31 Regulations are divided into 5 Parts: Preliminary (I); Pyrethrum cultivation (II); Marketing procedures (III); Pyrethrum inspectors (V); Licences and fees (V).
Every grower shall be registered with the Board established under the Act. No person shall grow pyrethrum unless he is registered. The Board may cancel a registration if the grower does not observe the rules laid down in these Regulations. Processing factories shall also be registered.
