Wildlife Conservation (Commercial Game Photography) Regulations, 1974 (G.N.'s Nos. 265 and 277).

A commercial photography permit issued under section 36 of the Wildlife Conservation Act, 1974 shall be in the form as set out in the Schedule (reg. 2). Every licensing officer who issues such permit shall advise the applicant of penalties for unlawful hunting and desirability of applying for and obtaining a game licence or permit for hunting of animals should the applicant also wish to hunt animals (reg. 3).
