Wildlife Conservation (Compounding of Offences) (Forms) Regulations, 1974 (G.Ns. Nos. 265 and 270).

Where any offence is compounded pursuant to the provisions of section 82 of the Wildlife Conservation Act, 1974 a document in the form prescribed in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be made out and shall be signed both by the offender and the officer compounding the offence and attested by at least one witness.
