Abstract
Section 6 confers the power upon the Minister responsible for wildlife to declare any area in Tanzania to be a controlled game area. Hunting is restricted in such areas and shall only be allowed with a permission in writing of the Director of Game. The areas specified in the Schedule are declared to be controlled game areas.
