Abstract
Every game licence shall be in the form as set out in the Second Schedule. Every game licence shall be valid only in relation to the area specified therein (reg. 3). Regulation 5 provides for licences to a resident individual. The maximum number of animals of each type that may be hunted shall be determined by the Director of Game in accordance with regulation 6. Regulation 7 provides for authorized associations hunting licences. Sale of game meat requires a permission of the Director of Game (reg. 8). A designated organization may grant a permit to any person to hunt on behalf of the organization in accordance with regulation 11. Regulations 13 to 16 provide for identity cards for resident hunters. (21 regulations completed by 5 Schedules)
