Abstract
These Regulations, made under sections 54 and 121 of the Wildlife Conservation Act, provide rules with respect to non-consumptive tourism (not involving the taking of wildlife specimen). Permits for non-consumptive use shall be applied for and granted by the Director of Wildlife. The Regulations also set out criteria for the designation of areas for non-consumptive use and provide for creation and use of buffer zones, wildlife corridors, migratory routes, etc. and benefit-sharing of resources resulting from fees.
