Wildlife Conservation (President's Licence) Regulations, 1974 (G.Ns. Nos. 265 and 273).

A President's Licence under section 41 of the Wildlife Conservation Act, 1974 shall be in the form prescribed in the Schedule to these Regulations (reg. 2). Any person who contravenes any condition to a President's Licence shall be guilty of an offence (reg. 3). The licence gives the right to capture, hunt or photograph animals specified in the licence.
