Abstract
This Act amends various law of Tanzania mainland including the Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority Act (Cap. 414). The amendments are of a miscellaneous character and concern the composition of the Nomination Committee (section 9), the making of Rules by the Authority (section 40), submission to Ministers of an annual report and budget by the Authority (sections 48 and 49) compounding of offences (new section 42A).
